Welcome, to my journey of finding an online career! I would like to in the next few months find a online job that brings home lucrative earnings. I will post my findings on this blog a few times a week. Hopefully I will be able to help people find legitimate way to earn money from home. In my search so far I have found a few leads that look promising. However, I have found a lot and I do mean a lot of scams!
Let me tell you what lead me to creating this blog. In the past years I have worked 12 hour night shifts at a local hospital, picking up as many extra shift as I can to make ends meet. I am a Certified Nursing Assistant, as much as I love the job.... it does not pay very well. I chose the grave yard shift for three reasons I like nights, family, and money. In return I have been faced with a world that does not cater to us people of the night. When is the last time you made a doctors appointment for 8pm? I certainly have not found an office that would accommodate those hours! Now with my unemployed status I have been forced to function on a normal schedule, like a normal person. Ha, I love it but I hate it! While endlessly searching for a new job I have often wondered, do I really want to work that shift? I am stuck in limbo. If I take the day shift position I will need time off for doctors appointments and school stuff for the children. If I take the night shift I will be a daytime zombie. Hating every minute of my child's school conference. Thinking to myself okay, I have now been up for 27 hours and I need to get home! So my solution find a job I do from home!
I am a artsy person and have been working on projects for my family and friends for years. I want to utilize my artistic skills to make money. After a lot of research, I have joined two sites that will help me sell my art's & craft's. Etsy.com is a site where you can create a online shop for free! The items you can sell are handmade, vintage, or supplies. The site is very user friendly and current with all of the latest widgets and tools for promoting a business. You do have to pay for the items you list but very inexpensive. I can list 3 products for under $1.00!!! I made a great decision in opening an account with them and highly recommend it to others. The second site is universalgreetingcard.com. On this site I registured for an account for free! I upload my drawling to be made into greeting cards.(No charge for the upload.) I get paid every time someone buys my design. What I have done so far is very exciting! However I think it will take a while to make a living off these sites. I have only sold one item in the last month. So my search continues and so will my posts. I hope you follow my feed to see what I will come up with next!

I know what you mean, My husband and I both work full time we have two children at home. Everyone of us see's a specialist, and the twins both have braces. It is not easy getting to doctors and dentists. Then add school things. all the best in your search. I have been thinking of using my photos to make cards for my family and friends. I am going to look at the site you suggested. I love your drawing its beautiful and perfect for a card.
